Merge Forge is built as an offline-first Text Utility application. This service is provided by DV Siam at no cost and is intended for use "as is".

Because the application is designed to function completely offline without any internet connection, your information never leaves your device.

For a better experience while using our Service, the application operates with the following data practices:

• No Personal Information: We do not ask for, collect, or store personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device IDs.
• No Input Text Tracking: All text paragraphs, lines, or blocks that you enter into the application are processed purely in the device's volatile memory (RAM) and are discarded as soon as you close or reset the app.
• No Internet Permission: The app does not declare or use internet permissions on Android or iOS, ensuring it is technically impossible for the app to send data to external servers.

The app does not use any third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

• No analytics libraries (like Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel).
• No advertisement SDKs (like AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.).
• No background crash reporting SDKs that capture system logs.

This ensures that no third-party code tracks your patterns, copy-paste events, or application usage.

To provide basic text-utility features, the application may access the following native device components:

• Clipboard (Read/Write): Used solely to allow you to easily paste input text blocks or copy the final merged text outputs. This action is triggered explicitly by your actions (clicking the "Paste" or "Copy" buttons) and is processed entirely locally.
• System Share Sheet: Used to share the merged text output to other apps of your choice. This is handled natively by the operating system.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Since we do not collect any data at all, parents and guardians can rest assured that their children's privacy is fully secure when using Merge Forge.
